摘 要:提出道路功能不分、级配不合理是当前中小城市交通问题存在的直接原因之一,对影响道路级配的因素进行深入分析,按作用方式和作用方位将其分为4类。在此基础上,以定量道路面积及路网容量供需平衡为约束条件,提出中小城市道路网的合理级配计算表达式,并利用招远市道路网规划为例验证,同时给出了一种中小城市道路级配合理性的判断方法。According to the urban traffic problems of small and medium city at hand, it points out that the obscure road functions and unreasonable network grade proportion is one of the causes. Factors impacting network grade proportion are deeply analyzed, which are divided into four categories by methods and positions they act on it. On the basis of analysis, quantitative road area and road capacity balance of supply and demand acted as the constraint condition, the reasonable gradation formula for small and medium-sized city road network was put forward, and verified using the road network of Zhaoyuan city planning for example, and a rational way to judge for small city road level is given.
