摘　　要：阐述了职业技术院校图书馆员信息素质的内涵及其重要性对广东省五所职业技术院校图书馆的84名馆员为样本进行的问卷调查为基础,从信息意识,信息能力,信息道德这三个方面进行分析.最后,根据问卷调查结果,提出了职业技术院校图书馆员信息素质发展策略.Firstly, the meaning and importance of in formation literacy of librarians were discussed. Then based on collection of 84 questionnaires from five libraries at vocational institutes in Guangdong, it analyzes the situation of librarians information literacy from three aspects, sense of information, information competence, and in- formation ethics. At last, the author gives the strategy on how to improve information literacy.
