摘 要:对当前主要船用主机厂商的几种典型的大型气体燃料船用主机技术进行了总结。以此为依据,探讨了气体燃料船用主机的燃烧系统策略。由于大功率船用主机转速低、缸径大的特点,其燃烧系统的设计准则与工作特性与小型高速点燃机的情况截然不同。因此,大型气体燃料发动机燃烧系统的设计与开发要结合大型机的基本特征,采用湍流激扰方式提高火焰传播速度,拓展稀燃极限,避免爆燃,从而达到高效低排放的目的。Several typical gas-fuelled marine engines produced or designed by major marine engine enterprises were surveyed and based on the analysis,the combustion system strategy of gas-fuelled marine engine was investigated.Due to the characteristics of low speed and large cylinder bore,gas-fuelled marine engine's design strategy and operating characteristics are totally different from small size high speed SI engines.Therefore,considering large engine's characteristics,gas-fuelled marine engine should be designed and developed with turbulence stirring mode to speedup flame development,extend lean limit,avoid abnormal combustion,and thus realize high efficiency as well as low emissions.
