摘　　要：通过6缸泵喷嘴柴油机控制器在单缸原理泵试验台对电磁阀的油量控制,验证控制器的控制功能与驱动能力,研究电磁阀不同工况下的喷油规律,得到转速、脉宽、提前角与油量的MAP图数据,以及开启电流、维持电流、开启电流作用时间等参数对喷油量的影响,从而得到电磁阀驱动电路需要设置固化的基本参数。Through fuel injection controlling experiment done in single cylinder principle pump using six cylinder unit injector diesel engine controller,the control function and drive ability of ECU are proved.The data of speed,injection duration,injection timing,amount of injection and the influence of opening circuit,holding circuit are acquired.The essential setting parameters about solenoid valve driving circuit are obtained.
