摘  要:介绍了一种自制的发动机气门与座圈强化磨损试验系统的组成和功能,该试验系统由配气传动系统,高温系统,控制系统,润滑系统和冷却水系统组成,可在短时间内快速获得气门与座圈的磨损下沉量。该试验系统可进行气门与气门座圈材料、硬度的匹配试验,可研究工作参数对气门与座圈磨损寿命的影响,可研究气门与座圈摩擦副的摩擦学性能。利用该试验系统进行某型号发动机气门与气门座圈多方案匹配磨损试验,选出了最佳匹配方案。This paper introduces the composition and function of a kind of homemade engine valve and seat ring strengthening wear test system,which consists of gas transmission system,high temperature system,control system,lubrication system and cooling water system.The valve and seat ring wear subsidence can be obtained in a short time by the wear test system.The test system can be conducted with the matching experiment of material and hardness of valve and seat ring,and research on the effects of wear life with operating parameters changed,and study the tribology properties of the valve and seat ring friction pairs.In this paper,the valve and seat ring wear tests from various schemes of some engine have been conducted using the valve and seat ring strengthening wear test system to get the best match scheme.
