摘 要:目的观察不同垂直骨面型的安氏Ⅰ类错患者上气道大小的差异。方法选择2006—2010年于大连大学附属中山医院口腔正畸科就诊的18岁以下青少年安氏Ⅰ类患者104例,均拍摄头颅定位侧位片并进行头影测量,分析呼吸道大小的差异。结果鼻咽部气道面积、上气道宽度随下颌平面角(SN-MP角)的增高而逐渐降低;而腭舌间隙面积则是逐渐升高的。低角组和高角组之间鼻咽部气道面积、腭舌间隙面积、上气道宽度及舌空隙的测量值差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中差异最明显的为舌空隙(P<0.01)。结论不同垂直骨面型的安氏Ⅰ类错患者的颅面形态和上气道大小存在明显差异。Objective To observe the difference in craniofacial structures and orofacial airway dimensions in subjects with Class Ⅰ malocclusion and different growth patterns. Methods Totally 104 young patients with Class Ⅰ malocclusion took lateral cephalometrie radiographs. Posterior Airway Space Dimensions were measured and analyzed. Groups were constituted according to the SN-MP angle. Group differences were analyzed with analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the Tukey test, at the P 〈 0.05 level. Results For oral facial airway measurements, statistically significant differences were found in nasopharyngeal airway space (P 〈 0.01 ), palatal tongue space (P 〈 0.05 ), upper posterior airway space (PAS) (P 〈 0.05), and tongue gap (P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion Significant differences in posterior airway space of Class Ⅰ subjects with different vertical growth patterns were identified.
