摘　　要：妊娠期龈炎是一种在妊娠期发病率较高的疾病,其危害影响妊娠期妇女及胎儿。控制妊娠期龈炎的关键为抑制孕妇牙菌斑内中间普氏菌的生长,但由于患者的特殊性,在治疗上存在很大的局限性。本文对妊娠期龈炎病因、危害、防治等方面内容进行综述。Pregnancy gingivitis has a high morbidity during the gestation period ; it has harmful effects on the pregnant woman and the fetus. The inhibition of Prevotella intermedia growing in the bacterial plaque is the key to the control of pregnancy gingivitis. Because of the special characteristic of the pregnant woman, the treatment has many limitations. The etiology, hazards and preventive treatment for pregnancy gingivitis are reviewed.
