论魏晋南北朝时期的社会保障措施

摘　　要：魏晋南北朝时期,受儒家仁政思想、中国古代天命思想和佛教慈悲思想影响,统治者秉承汉代遗风,以政府行为为主,通过安置流民、赈灾济荒、医疗救恤、社会养老、军人优抚等手段来实现社会保障。这些保障措施的实施,在一定程度上照顾了社会弱势群体,缓和了社会矛盾,为发展社会经济起到了积极作用。In the Wei,Jin,Northern and Southern Dynasties,influenced by the benevolent thoughts of Confucianism,the view of fatality in ancient China and mercy spirit of Buddhism,rulers inherited the ruling ideology of Han Dynasty and realized the social security mainly through governmental behaviors,such as resettlement of refugees,disaster relief,medical assistance,social endowment,and the preferential treatment system of the troops.The implementation of these measures,to some extent,showed consideration for vulnerable groups,alleviated social contradictions,and played an active role in developing social economy and dissolving social crisis.
