摘　　要：鸡屎藤Paederia scandens(Lour)Merr为茜草科鸡屎藤属草本植物,为民间常用草药,主要含有黄酮、环烯醚萜苷和挥发油类成分,具有显著的镇痛和抗炎作用,临床用于多种疼痛和胃肠道等疾病的治疗。本文通过查阅近年的文献资料,对鸡屎藤的化学成分、药理活性和临床应用进行综述,为鸡屎藤的研究开发和临床应用提供科学依据。Paederia scandens （Lour.） Merri. , a climbing plant, belonging to the family Rubiaeeae, was a commonly used herbal medicine in folklore medicine. The chemical constituents of Paederia scandens were mainly flavonoids, iridoid glycosides and volatile oils. Paederia scandens had significant effects of anti-nocieeptive and anti-inflammatory activities. It was used for curing the pains and gastrointestinal diseases in clinic practice. The chemical constituents, pharmacological effects and clinical practices of Paederia scandens in recent years were summarized. It could provide the scientific basis for the research, development and the clinical application of Paederia scandens in future.
