广西不同产地及不同时期无柄果钩藤中钩藤碱含量分析

摘　　要：目的:评价广西不同产地无柄果钩藤药材质量和确定药材最佳采收期。方法:应用HPLC测定15批不同产地和3个产地不同时期无柄果钩藤钩藤碱的含量。色谱柱:Gemini C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇—水(含0.002mol/L三乙胺,冰乙酸调pH至7.5)(64∶36),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:254nm。结果:广西不同产地无柄果钩藤药材中钩藤碱含量有一定差异;不同时期无柄果钩藤中钩藤碱的动态积累差异不大。结论:广西不同产地无柄果钩藤药材大部分质量较好,但质量仍参差不齐;无柄果钩藤药材一年四季均可采收可能是合理的。Objective：To evaluate the quality in U.sessilifructus Roxb.from different producing areas and find out the best collected time.Methods：The contents of rhynchophylline in U.sessilifructus Roxb.from 15 producing areas and 3 different periods were determined by HPLC.HPLC chromatographic condition：Gemini C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.002 mol·L-1 triethylomine solution（adjust pH to 7.5 with acetic acid）（64∶36） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results：There was different in the contents of rhynchophylline in U.sessilifructus Roxb.from different producing area in Guangxi.The contents of rhynchophylline in U.sessilifructus Roxb.from different periods had little difference.Conclusion：Most of the quality in U.sessilifructus Roxb.from different producing area is well,but it is always irregular.It seems that there is reasonable to collect U.sessilifructus Roxb.in four seasons of a year.
