Runx3在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究Runx3基因表达与胃癌发生、发展、临床病理特征及患者预后的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法,检测80例胃癌组织、20例正常胃黏膜及20例胃黏膜不典型增生组织的表达。结果①Runx3基因在胃癌中阳性表达率为35%,明显低于胃黏膜不典型增生组织60%及正常胃黏膜组织90%,差异具存统计学意义(P<0.05)。②Runx3基因阳性表达与胃癌组织病理分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关,而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关。结论 Runx3基因表达与胃癌的发生发展关系密切,可作为胃癌预后的参考指标。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Runx3 in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of Runx3 were detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 80 cases of gastric carcinoma,20 cases of normal gastric mucosa and 20 cases of atypital hyperplasia.Results Compared with normal gastric mucosa（90%） and gastric atypital hyperplasia tissue（60%）,the positive rate of Runx3 in gastric cancer（35%） was significanty lower（P0.05）.The expression of Runx3 was related to tumor differentination,invasive depth,lymphnode metastasis and TNM stages,but not to age,sex and tumor size.Conclusion Runx3 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and it would be of benefit in evaluating prognosis in gastric cancer.
