摘　　要：目的观察不同性质各类型儿童弱视的治疗及效果。方法对189例(265眼)弱视患儿分别按程度、年龄、弱视类型等分类并采用矫正屈光不正、传统遮盖法,精细目力训练、视觉刺激训练、同视机、弱视治疗协同器等综合弱视治疗。结论弱视程度越轻,年龄越小,患儿及家长越配合,治愈率越高。故弱视因早期发现,早期治疗。Objective To observe the different properties of various types of children＇s amblyopia treatment and effect.Methods 189 patients（265 eyes） of children with amblyopia respectively according to the degree of amblyopia,age,type of classification and the correction of refractive errors,traditional covering method,fine eyesight training,visual stimulation training,synoptophore,amblyopia treatment for comprehensive treatment of amblyopia in coordination.Conclusion the degree of amblyopia and more light,the younger children and parents,the cure rate is high.The amblyopia due to early detection,early treatment.
