摘　　要：如何合理地分配保障人员是装备保障工作的重要问题之一,利用辅助决策系统快速生成科学、合理的计量保障人员分配方案,可以有效地提高雷达装备计量保障效能。根据雷达装备计量保障工作的特点,提出了计量保障人员分配的数学模型,给出了效益矩阵的求解方法,并通过算例进行了验证。One of the important problems of equipments support is how to assign maintenance staff reasonably.By using the aided decision-making system to make a reasonable assignment plan of metrology support staff,the efficiency of radar equipments metrology support can be improved.According at the characteristic of radar equipments metrology support working,the math model of metrology support staff assignment is proposed and the solution of benefit matrix is offered in this paper.Lastly,the model is verified by using a practical example.
