摘  要:本文以对有机茶认证企业调查为背景,从企业的生产、质量技术、采购、市场营销、综合管理等几方面,分析影响有机茶生产企业效益增长的重要因素,以及各因素在主要部门的发挥程度。结果显示:有机认证等四项因素对有机茶生产企业效益影响较为重要,但在有机茶认证的企业里,发现市场营销有机认证的参与度小,新技术应用在各部门中发挥作用低等问题。因此,建议政府主管部门应制定相关的政策来规范有机产品的市场,科研部门应加强有机生产技术研究并将其成果迅速提供给生产部门应用,使有机茶产业得到更健康地发展。Based on the information from surveying the organic tea enterprises, the key factors influencing the economic benefit of these enterprises were evaluated based on production volume, quality control, purchasing, marketing, and integrated management. It showed that the customer satisfaction, planning of enterprise, integrated management and organic tea certification were important factors influencing the economic benefit of the organic tea enterprises. The marketing promotion and new technology implementation in most of the enterprises were lacking. Therefore, it is suggested that government should establish policies to regulate the organic tea market, and and the related research institutes develop new technologiesfor organic tea production in order to promote organic tea industry.
