苦菜预处理及其在烟草薄片中的应用

摘　　要：苦菜具有降解烟毒的功效,如何在烟草工业中使用苦菜,使其达到降低香烟毒害的作用具有良好前景。本文研究苦菜的纤维形态及预处理工艺,比较烟草薄片浆料和苦菜浆料的滤水特性,探讨苦菜浆料与烟草薄片浆料混合抄造的可行性并分析苦菜浆料对烟草薄片口味的影响,研究表明,经过预处理的苦菜浆料与烟草薄片浆料混合抄造烟草薄片具有可行性,苦菜浆料混合比例在5%以内,混合浆料滤水性能不受影响;苦菜浆料混合比例在10%以内,可改善烟草薄片口味,使烟气细腻感更好,口有津润感。Sow thistle can be used to degrade harmful elements. So it is promising to research its application on reduction of harmful substance in cigarettes in tobacco industry. In this paper the morphological characteristics and preconditioning technology of sow thistle were discussed, and the difference in drainability between sow thistle pulp and tobacco sheet pulp was illustrated. Then the feasibility to blend these two kinds of pulp and the influence of sow thistle on the taste of tobacco sheet were studied. The results indicate that the tobacco sheet pulp can be mixed with the preconditioned sow thistle pulp and form a new kind of tobacco sheet with less harmful substances. Moreover, the drainability of blended pulp will not change when the ratio of sow thistle pulp is less than 5% by weight. It tastes better and smoother as the content of sow thistle is less than 10% by weight.
