摘 要:在设计一种抗震救灾和抗洪抢险虚拟场景的基础上,进行了大载重升浮一体飞艇在这两种虚拟场景中运输性能和完成任务能力分析。通过分析,得出了大载重飞艇在未来国家应急预案的作用和地位,它将和直升机等垂直起降的飞行器一同建立通往灾区第一线的快速运输通道,在完善国家应急预案上将起到关键作用。同时,论证了我国未来发展这种飞行器的性能指标需求,并按此指标需求提出了一种可行的大载重飞艇方案构型,初步分析了该型飞艇在灾难救援工作中最为关心的巡航性能。On the basis of virtual scenarios designed in an earthquake relief and a flood fighting,the transportation performance and mission accomplished capability in the two virtual scenarios are analyzed.The result shows that the heavy payload airship will play a very important role in the earthquake relief and flood fighting,and will construct a fast transportation passage toward front line of disaster area together with helicopters,and will fulfill a critical role in the future national contingency plan.In addition,the technical specification for the heavy airship that will be developed in the future is discussed.The configuration of a feasible heavy payload airship submitted with such a technical specification is presented,and the cruise performance and the disaster relief ability of the airship are analyzed.
