摘　　要：总结了传统信息服务评价体系,分析和阐述了区域性科技文献资源共享平台机制评价的必要性,并从完整性和科学性两个方面提出了其机制评价体系的构建思路,希望能对区域性科技文献资源共享平台的建设和发展提供借鉴。After the traditional information assessment systems were summarized, the necessity to assess the mechanisms underlying regional scientific literature resources sharing platform was analyzed and discussed, and some ideas to construct its assessment system were proposed from its integrity and scientific aspects, hoping to pro-vide reference for its construction and development.
