摘　　要：目的分析肝移植术后再住院患者住院费用的特点和影响因素。方法对84例肝移植术后再住院患者的住院费用进行了回顾性分析。结果肝移植术后再住院患者平均住院费用为23235.20元,其中西药费、检查费和床位费分别占66.61%、18.02%和7.45%;患者以退休人员为多,住院次数多,并发症多。结论控制病人并发症的发生对降低肝移植术后再住院患者的医疗费用具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the characteristic and related affecting factors to hospitalization fee in patients after liver transplantation.Methods Hospitalization fee of 84 patients who undergone liver transplantation in several years were categorized and then statistically studied retrospectively.Results The average hospitalization fee of 84 patients was 23235.20 yuan and the top 3 costs in hospitalization fee was medicine（66.61%）,check-up（18.02%）and bed occupation（7.45%）,respectively;The majority of patients was retired and had some severe complications.Conclusions It is important to prevent and control the severe complications for patients after liver transplantation in order to decrease the hospitalization fee.
