血清CagA Hp-IgG与青年脑梗死的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清CagA Hp-IgG含量与青年脑梗死的相关性。方法选取我院青年脑梗死患者56例作为实验组,健康体检者50例作为对照组,空腹检测2组患者的血清CagA Hp-IgG含量及实验组的血白细胞、hs-CRP、血纤维蛋白原含量。结果实验组血清CagA Hp-IgG阳性率62.5%(35/56),对照组阳性率28%(14/50),实验组血清CagA Hp-IgG含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组血清CagA Hp-IgG阳性患者hs-CRP、血纤维蛋白原含量明显高于血清CagA Hp-IgG阴性患者(P<0.01,P<0.05),而血白细胞2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清CagA Hp-IgG含量与青年脑梗死密切相关,是其发病的一个重要危险因素,可能是通过提高hs-CRP、血纤维蛋白原含量等机制实现,值得进一步研究。Objective To discuss the relationship between serum CagA Hp-IgG and cerebral infarction in young patients.Methods Fifty-six young patients with cerbral infarction and 50 health examination persons in our hospital were chose,and were divided into experiment group and control group.The content of serum CagA Hp-IgG in two groups and the content of white blood cell,hs-CRP and fibrinogen in experiment group on an empty stomach were detected.Results The rate of seropositivity for serum CagA Hp-IgG in experiment group was 62.5%（35/56）,the rate of seropositivity for serum CagA Hp-IgG in control group was 28%（14/50）.The content of serum CagA Hp-IgG in experiment group was significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）;The level of hs-CRP,fibrinogen in serum CagA Hp-IgG seropositivity patients were significantly higher than those in serum CagA Hp-IgG negative patients（P0.01,P0.05）;There was no marked difference in the level of white blood cell between the seropositivity patients and negative patients（P0.05）.Conclusion The content of serum CagA Hp-IgG is very closed to cerebral infarction in young patients,it＇s a important risk factor for cerebral infarction.The mechanism may be that it can raise the level of hs-CRP,fibrinogen.It＇s worth to further study.
