摘  要:目的分析并评价脑电生物反馈对失眠病人的临床治疗效果。方法对我院自2009-01~2010-12期间收治的32例失眠患者采用脑电波反馈方法进行治疗,在治疗前及治疗后分别应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对病人睡眠质量进行评定,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对病人心理健康水平进行评定。结果治疗前实验组与对照组的各波功率值相比差异不显著(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。实验组治疗后脑电波总波功率以及β波值均比治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05),而且也比对照组有明显降低(P<0.05),均具有统计学意义。通过脑电波反馈进行治疗后,失眠病人SCL-90总分值、各因子分值以及PSQI分值均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论采用脑电生物反馈治疗能够明显改善失眠病人的脑电波,在提高失眠病人的睡眠质量方面疗效较为理想。Objective To analyze and evaluate the EEG biofeedback for the clinical treatment of patients with insomnia.Methods The hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 totally 32 cases of insomnia patients treated with brain wave feedback methods, before treatment and after treatment applied Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) and patients sleep quality were assessed, the application of symptom checklist (SCL-90) for mental health assessment. Results Before treatment the experimental group and control group the wave power value was not significant (P〉0. 05), not statistically significant. Experimental group, the total radio-wave of brain-wave power and β values are significantly lower than that before treatment (P 〈0.05), but also decreased significant than that of the control group significantly (P〈0.05), were statistically. Feedback through the brain wave therapy, insomnia patients with SCL-90 total score, the factor scores and PSQI score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P〈0.01), the specific statistical significance. Conclusion EEG biofeedback treatment can significantly improve insomnia patient's brain waves, to improve the quality of insomnia patients sleep more desirable effect.
