摘  要:目的研究诱导型环氧化酶(COX-2)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测16例NSCLC(腺癌和鳞癌各8例)组织及相应配对的16例癌旁正常组织中COX-2和iNOS表达。结果 NSCLC组织中COX-2阳性率为50.0%,iNOS阳性率为37.5%。COX-2表达与患者病理类型、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,但与性别及年龄无关。iNOS表达与患者TNM分期有关,与性别、年龄、病理类型及淋巴结转移均无关。结论 COX-2和iNOS在肺癌的发生和发展中具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of inducible cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect COX-2 and iNOS expressions in 16 cases of NSCLC ( the 8 cases of adenocarcinoma,the 8 cases of squamous cell carcinoma) and 16 cases of corresponding adjacent normal tissues. Results In the NSCLC, the COX-2 positive expression rate was 50.0%, and that of iNOS was 37.5%. COX-2 expression was correlated with pathological type, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, but was not correlated with gender, age;iNOS expression was related with TNM stage, but was not related with gender, age, pathological type, and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion COX-2 and iNOS can play the important role in the development and progression of NSCLC.
