原发性肝癌TACE联合3DCRT与单纯TACE的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合三维适形放疗(3DCRT)与单纯TACE对原发性肝癌(PHC)的疗效。方法80例PHC随机分为TACE联合3DCRT组和单纯TACE组。TACE联合3DCRT组40例接受TACE联合3DCRT治疗,而单纯TA-CE组仅接受TACE治疗。治疗结束后评价疗效。结果 TACE联合3DCRT组有效率为75.0%,单纯TACE组为45.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TACE联合3DCRT组0.5、1、2年生存率分别为72.5%、45.0%、27.5%,单纯TACE组分别为45.0%、25.0%、12.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TACE联合3DCRT治疗PHC的疗效优于单纯TACE。Objective To compare the effects of transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization （TACE） plus three dimensional conformal radiation therapy （3DCRT） and TACE alone in the treatment of primary hepatic cancer （PHC）. Methods The 80 patients with PHC were randomly divided into two groups ： 40 patients of the TACE plus 3DCRT group were treated with TACE and 3DCRT, 40 patients of the TACE group were treated with TACE alone. Results The response rate of the TACE plus 3DCRT group was 75.0%, and that of the TACE group was 45.0% （P 〈 0.05）. The 0.5-, 1-, 2-year survival rates of the TACE plus 3DCRT group were 72.5%, 45.0%, 27.5%, respectively ; those of the TACE group were 45.0%, 25.0%, 12.5%, respectively （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of TACE plus 3DCRT is better than that of TACE alone.
