海南省矿山地质环境问题及防治对策

摘　　要：海南省蕴藏着丰富多样的矿产资源,是中国矿产资源相对丰富的省份之一,矿业在海南省经济社会发展中的地位日益突出。但长期以来,由于在矿产资源开发利用中忽视矿山地质环境保护,使矿山生态环境不断恶化,影响了人民群众正常的生产和生活。全面阐述海南省矿山地质环境现状,分析矿山存在的主要环境地质问题及危害,提出了矿山地质环境防治的措施与对策。Hainan is the largest special economic zone（SEZ） and the only tropical island province in china.There are rich in diverse mineral resources.Mining economic has an increasingly prominent status in social development.December 31,2009,the plan of building Hainan into an international tourism island has been approved by the Department of State and it＇s been made a national strategy.It must adhere to the strategic positioning of ecological protection and environmental priorities in order to promote the development of resource-saving and environment-friendly society and make protection with development.But for a long time,due to the neglect of geologic environment protection in utilization of mineral resources,ecological environment is getting worse day by day and people＇s normal production and life has been affected.A comprehensive description of the recent status of mine geological environment is made in this paper,existing main mine environmental geological problems are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed.
