摘 要:目的:评价3种粘结剂对钛-贵金属的粘结效果。方法:用3种粘结剂[Clearfil SA Cement(SA)、RelyX Unicem(Uni)、3M易调型玻璃离子粘固剂(GI)]粘结抛光钛片与喷砂处理过的贵金属,水浴24 h后检测粘结强度,并在体视显微镜下观察粘结界面破坏情况。结果:SA组、Uni组的粘结强度明显高于GI组,具有统计学差异,SA组与Uni组之间粘结强度无显著性差异。SA组的试件界面破坏方式全部为贵金属—粘结剂界面的破坏;Uni组中,2个试件表现为混合破坏,3个试件表现为内聚破坏;GI组的试件则全部表现为混合破坏。结论:Clearfil SA Cement与RelyX Unicem在钛—贵金属界面具有较高的粘结强度。Objective:To compare shear bond strengths and adhesion failure modes of three cements between titanium and noble alloy.Methods: Fifteen pairs of titanium and noble alloy samples were divided into three groups.Then three cements(Clearfil SA Cement,RelyX Unicem,3M glass ionomer cement) were applied on them respectively.The tensile bond strengths between titanium and alloy were determined after 24 h of water bath.Adhesion failure modes were observed under a stereomicroscope.Results: Clearfil SA Cement and RelyX Unicem had significantly higher shear bond strengths than 3M glass ionomer cement.There was no significant difference between Clearfil SA Cement and RelyX Unicem.Conclusion: Clearfil SA Cement and RelyX Unicem have higher shear bond strengths between titanium and noble alloy.
