摘　　要：城乡体育一体化发展不是一样化发展,有着丰富的内涵。以人为本,实现人的全面发展、公平正义、权益保障、体质提升等是城乡体育一体化发展的价值维度。需要从逐步建立覆盖城乡的公共体育财政体制、逐步完善城乡一体的体育行政管理体制、强化城乡体育一体化政策的制定与执行、进一步完善城乡一体化的公共体育资源的布局实现城乡体育一体化的价值,从而真正达成城乡体育一体化发展。Urban and rural sports integration development does not mean the developing equally,and it has the rich connotation.People-orientation,realization of human＇s all-round development,fairness and justice,rights and interests protection,physical ascension are the value of the urban and rural sports integration development dimension.We need to gradually establish a public sports financial system covering urban and rural areas,gradually improve the integration of urban and rural sports administration system,strengthen the formulation and implementation of urban and rural sports integration policy,and improve the allocation of public sports resources,so as to realize the value and development of urban and rural sports integration urban and rural sports integration development.
