自体血清治疗眼化学伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自体血清治疗严重眼化学烧伤的效果。方法22例（30眼）严重眼化学烧伤随机分为2组，治疗组11例（15眼）采用自体血清治疗，对照组11例（15眼）未加用自体血清，余治疗方法同治疗组，对两组进行临床疗效分析。结果治疗组治愈率80％，总有效率100％；对照组治愈率33．3％，总有效率93．3％（P〈0．05）。治疗组平均疗程比对照组缩短8d（P〈0．01）。结论使用自体血清治疗严重眼化学烧伤安全，有效，无毒副作用。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of autologous surum in treatment of severe ocular chemical burn. Methods 30 eyes if 22 cases with severe ocular chemical burn were randomly diveded into two groups： 15 eyes of 11 cases treated with autologous serum in treatment group and 15 eyes of 11 cases treated by traditonal methods without autologous serum in control group, the therapeutic effect of two groups were analyzed. Results The cure rate were 80% and 33.3% in treatment group and control group respectively, the effective rate were 100% and 93.3 % respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The recovery time 8 days earlier in treatment group, there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat severe ocular chemical burn with autologous serum.
