不同产地狭叶柴胡糖类物质含量的比较分析

摘　　要：分别采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法和蒽酮-硫酸比色法比较了7个不同产地的狭叶柴胡(Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd)中还原糖、多糖和总糖的含量。结果表明,同种柴胡由于受不同产地或不同的生长环境的影响,其糖类物质含量差别较大,河北产地的柴胡糖类物质含量最高,其次为黑龙江明水野生柴胡。采用上述分析方法简便、快速、可靠,为建立柴胡的多指标质量评价体系提供了科学参考。The contents of reducing saccharide,polysaccharide and total saccharide in Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd,which were derived from seven different representative places of origin,were compared by 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method and anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry.The results showed that the contents of saccharide had an obvious distinction among the samples.Highest content of saccharide in B.scorzonerifolium from Heibei was found,the second was form Mingshui city in Heilongjian.This study could provide a simple,rapid and scientific evidence to construct a multiple indicator system for evaluating the quality of B.scorzonerifolium.
