老年性白内障透明角膜切口超声乳化术后眼压变化

摘　　要：目的观察老年性白内障透明角膜切口超声乳化术后眼压变化。方法回顾性分析273例(273只眼)老年性白内障患者,右眼131例,左眼142例,男性96例,女性177例,平均年龄(71±12)岁,均采用透明角膜切口,观察术后15 d、1、2、3个月和6个月的眼压情况。眼压变化的数据采用统计学的方法分析,P<0.05为检验水准。结果术前平均眼压为(14.18±3.4)mm Hg,术后眼压与术前相比平均眼压降低2.25 mm Hg,眼压的变化与人工晶状体厚度无关(P=0.12),眼压变化主要与前房深度的变化有关(P=0.002),术前眼压与前方深度呈负相关。年龄、性别和眼轴长度与眼压变化无明显相关(P=0.2～0.5)。结论透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化术后可有降低眼压的效果。Objective To evaluate changes in intraocular pressure（IOP） after clear corneal phacoemulsification（CCP） in patients with age-related cataract.Methods A prospective study with 273 patients underwent cataract extraction by CCP.Intraocular pressure was examed on the 15th day,lst,2nd,3rd month and 6 months after surgery.Statistical Analysis：For statistical analysis,Epi Info was used to determine the statistical significance of changes in IOP.Results 96 male and 177 female were included with the mean age of 71±12 years.The mean IOP before surgery was 14.18 ± 3.4 mm Hg.These patients showed a mean decrease in IOP of 2.25 mm Hg（16%） compared to preoperative IOP.Change in IOP was not related to lens thickness（P = 0.12）,but significantly correlated with the change in anterior chamber depth（ACD）（P=0.002）.The postoperative IOP was inversely related to preoperative ACD（P=0.012）.Age,sex and axial length were not significantly related to IOP reduction（P=0.2~0.5）.Conclusion CCP was associated with a statistically significant reduction in IOP.CCP can be performed with the intent of achieving better IOP control.
