摘 要:采用功率密度分别为0.625mW/cm2和1.25mW/cm2的电磁波辐照雄性Babl/c小鼠60min,辐照结束后1h,1d,3d,7d,15d,30d分别取小鼠尾静脉血进行血常规检测。结果表明:功率密度为0.625mW/cm2和1.25mW/cm2的电磁辐射导致小鼠的中性粒细胞总数及百分数的增高,辐照后3d,7d,15d最为显著(p≤0.01);同时引起淋巴细胞数及百分率降低,且同样辐照后3d,7d,15d最为显著(p≤0.01);辐照对小鼠红细胞及血小板的影响较小;低剂量功率密度的电磁辐照可造成机体白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数的增高、淋巴细胞数量的降低。Male Babl/c mouses were exposed to 0.625 mW/cm2 and 1.25 mW/cm2 2856 MHz microwaves for 30 min×2 times.Venous blood samples were collected at 1 h,1 d,3 d,7 d,15 d and 30 d after exposure and differential counting of blood cells were performed.Immediate increases in white blood cell count and percentage,neutrophilic granulocyte count and percentage were observed after exposure to 0.625 mW/cm2 and 1.25 mW/cm2 microwave irradiations.On days 3,7 and 15,they elevated more significantly than contro1 group(p≤0.01).Lymphocyte count and percentage decreased after exposure to both irradiations.On days 3,7 and 15,they reduced more significantly than contro1 grop(p≤0.01).Both 0.625 mW/cm2 and 1.25 mW/cm2 dose exposures have little effect on,platelets and erythrocytes.Low dose electromagnetic radiations could increase the white blood cell count and the neutrophilic granulocyte count,while reduce the lymphocyte count in the body.
