香椿嫩枝扦插繁殖效应研究

摘　　要：研究表明,香椿单株间其穗条扦插生根率有显著差异,参试的10个单株穗条扦插生根率变幅为88.9%～45.6%。本试验筛选出扦插生根率高的单株4个即TS02、TS04、TS05、TS09;穗条带2～4片叶可显著提高穗条的生根率;不同扦插基质处理对穗条生根率有显著影响,以纯黄心土作为扦插基质效果最佳。The results of the testing showed that there was significant difference in rooting rate of softwood cutting in single plant of Toona sinensis,and the magnitude of change in 10 testing softwood cutting was 88.9%~45.6%.The high rooting rate of single plant of T.sinensis were TS02,TS04,TS05 and TS09.Using ear with 2 to 4 leaves can significantly improve the rooting rate.Different substrate treatment on the ear of cuttings rooting rate has a significant influence,as the cuttings in pure yellow subsoil was the best substrate treatment.
