E-钙黏附素、Υ-连环素和基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达与食管癌侵袭转移的关系

摘　　要：目的 观察E-钙黏附素（E-cad）、Υ-连环素（Υ-cat）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在食管癌中的表达及其与食管癌侵袭转移的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学法检测40例食管癌组织及20例癌旁正常食管组织中E-cad,-cat和MMP-9的表达.结果 食管癌组织中E-cad和Υ-cat的阳性表达率均显著低于正常食管组织（P＜0.05）,其表达与食管癌的临床分期、是否有远处器官转移密切相关（P ＜0.05）；MMP-9的阳性表达率高于正常食管组织（P＜0.05）,其表达与食管癌的临床分期、是否有远处器官转移密切相关（P＜0.05）.食管癌组织中E-cad和Υ-cat的表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）,同时,E-cad和Υ-cat的表达都与MMP-9的表达里负相关（P＜0.05）.结论 E-cad,Υ-cat,MMP-9的异常表达参与了食管癌的发生及侵袭转移过程,检测E-cad,Υ-cat及MMP-9对预测食管癌的恶性程度和浸润转移有重要意义.Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin（ E-cad} ,catenin（）,-cat） anti matrix metalloproteinase -9（ MMP- 9 } in esophageal cancer,and the relationship of their expression with the invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer. Methods The Immu- nohistochemistry method was use to detect the expression of E-cad,3,-cat and MMP-9 in 40 cases of esophageal cancer and 20 cases of adjacent nomal esophageal tissue. Results The expression of E-cad and Υ-cat in esophageal cancer was significantly lower than that in normal e- sophageal tissue（ P 〈0. 05 ）. The expression of E-cad and Υ-cat were closely related with clinical staging and distant organ metastasis of e- sophageal cancer;the expression of MMP-9 in esophageal cancer was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal tissue（P 〈 0.05}. The expression of MMP-9 was closely related with clinical staging amt distant organ metastasis of esophageal cancer. The expression of E-cad and Υ-cat in esophageal cancer was positively correlated（ P 〈 0.05） , meanwhile, the expression of E-cad and Υ-eat and the expression of MMP-9 were negatively correlated（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cad,Υ-eat and MMP-9 involves in the develop- ment and metastasis of esophageal eaneer,and the detection of E-cad,Υ-cat and MMP-9 are important to predict the degree of malignancy and metastasis of esophageal cancer.
