摘  要:目的探讨二苯乙烯苷(TSG)对糖尿病大鼠血流动力学和氧化应激反应的影响。方法将Wister大鼠分为正常对照组、糖尿病高脂饮食组、糖尿病高脂饮食+TSG小剂量(10 mg/kg)干预组、糖尿病高脂饮食+TSG大剂量(20 mg/kg)干预组。实验末测定血流动力学参数(LVSP、LVEDP、dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax),检测血清和心脏组织中总抗氧化能力(TAC)、丙二醛(MDA)、巯基(SH)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果 TSG可改善糖尿病大鼠血流动力学,明显降低DM大鼠血清和心脏MDA,提高TAC、SH、NO含量。结论 TSG能够明显改善糖尿病大鼠血流动力学参数,降低其氧化应激水平。Objective It is to study the preventive effect of Tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside(TSG) on hemodynamics and on oxidative stress reaction in experimental diabetes rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into 4 group: normal control, diabetic rats with high-fat diet, diabetic rats with high-fat diet plus TSG ( 10 mg/kg) , diabetic rats with high-fat diet plus TSG (20 mg/kg). All the rats were fed for 12 weeks, the following indices of rats were measured respectively: hemodynamic including LVSP, LVEDP, dp/dt - dp/dt and the contents of total oxidation resistance ability (TAC) , malondialdehyde ( MDA ) , thiol group (SH) , Nitrogen monoxide (NO) in blood plasma and cardiac tissue. Results TSG improved the parameters of hemodynamic, by reducing LVEP but increasing - dp/dtmax . The levels of serum and cardiac tissue TAC, SH, NO were significantly decreased in diabetic rats as compared with normal animals, the contents of MDA were significantly higher than that in the normal control. Conclusion There is a confirmed action of TSG in improving the hemodynamics and antioxidation in eardiac tissue of experimental diabetic rats.
