摘　　要：慢行交通是现代交通体系中必不可少的组成部分,是低碳又环保的绿色出行方式,对缓解城市交通问题具有重要意义。通过问卷调查,对天津市慢行交通的发展现状进行分析。从认识、设计、管理等方面阐述天津市慢行交通发展面临的挑战,并基于慢行交通的特点、功能探讨其未来发展的潜力。最后立足"以人为本"理念,提出改善天津市慢行交通的对策措施。As an essential part of modern transportation system and having low-carbon, and its environment-friendly feature, the slow traffic is significant to relieve the urban traffic problem. By questionnaires, the status of slow traffic in Tianjin City issurveyed arid analyzed, The challenge of developing Tianjin slow traffic is identified from the aspects of awareness, designing and management, According to the characteristic and function, the development potential of slow traffic is also discussed. Then based on people-oriented concept, some countermeasures are proposed to improve the slow traffic in Tianjin City.
