摘　　要：目的研究Survivin和Livin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其临床意义,并分析两者的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例NSCLC组织、21例癌旁正常肺组织中Survivin和Livin蛋白的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 Survivin蛋白在NSCLC中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(P<0.05),Livin蛋白在NSCLC中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(P<0.05)。Survivin蛋白表达的阳性率与分化程度相关(P<0.05),Livin蛋白表达的阳性率与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。Survivin和Livin蛋白表达无相关性。结论 Survivin、Livin在NSCLC的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,联合检测可为NSCLC的的早期诊断、进一步治疗提供必要的理论依据。Objective To study the expression and significance of Survivin and Livin protein in non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC ） and analyze their correlations. Methods Immunohistochemical staining S-P method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and Livin protein in 50 NSCLC specimens, 21 normal lung tissues. Their relationship with clinicopathologic factors was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Survivin protein in NSCLC was higher than that in nomal lung tissues （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression rate of Livin protein in NSCLC was higher than that in normal lung tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Survivin protein was significantly correlated with differentiation of tumors（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of Livin protein was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis（P 〈0. 05）. There were no correlations between expression of Survivin protein and expression of Livin protein. Conclusion Survivin and Livin may play important roles in NSCLC. Detection of Survivin and Livin protein may have potential effects on early diagnosis, and treatment of NSCLC.
