摘  要:MTG(methanol to gasoline)技术合成汽油过程同时生成均四甲苯。均四甲苯是一种重要的有机化工原料,主要用于生产均苯四甲酸二酐。文章采用GC-MS对原料进行了定性分析,并用精馏以及多级结晶相结合的方法从原料中提取均四甲苯,并用气相色谱对产品进行定量分析检测,考察了回流比和塔釜温度对精馏实验的影响,以及结晶温度和结晶时间对结晶效果的影响。最终选取回流比为1,塔釜温度为190℃,结晶温度为-10℃,结晶时间为4 h,在此条件下均四甲苯的质量分数可以达到96.5%,回收率为90.3%。The gasoline synthesis process of MTG(methanol gasoline) technology will generate durene at the same time.Durene is an important organic chemical raw material,which is mainly used to produce pyromellitic acid dianhydride.Qualitative analysis of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for determination of raw material is used in the paper,and separation of durene is carried out by integrated separation technologies of combining distillation with multistage crystallization.Then the quantitative analysis for products is performed by gas chromatography,Effects of reflux ratio,the temperate of tower bottoms,crystallization temperature and crystallization time on separation of durene are investigated.Under optimal distillation and crystallization conditions: reflux ratio 1 and the temperature of tower bottom 190 ℃,crystallization temperature-10 ℃ and crystallization time 4 h,respectively.Under these conditions,the mass fraction of durene can reach 96.5 %,recovery was 90.3 %.
