摘 要:目的:探讨一种一个点刺激检测运动神经传导功能的方法。方法:对80例前臂运动神经传导速度正常患者的正中神经肘—屈指浅肌潜速率按距离不同分成3组,进行回顾性分析。结果:由实测潜伏期计算出的潜速率,距离不同的各组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。距离短的潜速率慢。把实测潜伏期减去1ms后计算得出的潜速率,距离不同的各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:实测潜伏期减去1ms后进行计算,距离不同的各组潜速率相同。此方法可用于仅限于一个刺激点的运动神经的检查。Objective: To explore a method testing motor nerve conduction function on one stimulus position. Methods: 80 patients with normal motor nerve conduction velocity were divided into three groups according to different distances. The latency rates in median nerve ( from elbow to flexor digitus superficialis) of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were significant differences (P〈0.05) in latency rate among the groups. The latency rate was slower in shorter distance. There was no significant difference in latency rate calculated by the latency that minus lms among the groups (P〉0.05).Conclusion: The latency rates calculated by the latency that minus lms are identical among groups with different distance. This method can be used to examine motor nerve conduction function when there is only one stimulus position.
