后奥运时期我国三大球成绩滑坡原因初探

摘　　要：近两年中国三大球战绩全面下滑,研究表明影响三大球溃败的原因主要有五个方面:第一,当今社会对人才需求的影响;第二,专业人才现状惨淡;第三,急功近利,长期不重视基层人才选拔与培养;第四,奥运战略的影响;第五,联赛职业化程度太低,质量太差。三大球的发展需要新思维:完善联赛体制,对于市场化程度不高的项目应走"体教结合"模式,进行项目调整,激励各地官员重视三大球人才培养。Nearly two years China＇s three big ball record, the overall downturn that affect three big ball rout is mainly caused by the five aspects： firstly, the social personnel demand influence; Secondly, professional status bleak; the third, eager for quick success and instant benefit long-term not value grassroots talents choosing and training; the fourth, the influence of Olympic Games strategy, Fifth, the league professional degree is too low, the poor quality. Three big ball of development requires new thinking： perfect league system; For the degree of marketization not high project should take the ＂combination of sport and education mode, Project on the adjust- ment, incentive around officials attention three big ball cultivation of talents.
