摘　　要：高校院系级党组织作为承上启下的基层党组织,是党在高校全部工作和战斗力的基础,为党在高校工作的顺利开展起到了保障作用。探索创建高校院系级学习型党组织,要以树立先进的学习理念为先导,以创建新型的学习模式为载体,以构建长效的运行机制为保障,来不断丰富学习型党组织的创建内涵,拓展创建途径。As primary party organizations,departments＇ party organizations are the foundation of all the work and the fighting strength in universities of our party,which play an important role in successfully carrying out the work of our party in universities.To explore the way of establishing departments＇ party organizations in universities,we should set up advanced learning ideas,create new modes of learning,and build long lasting operational mechanism,steadily enriching the connotation as well as extending the methods of establishing learning party organization.
