摘　　要：肝细胞癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,致死率很高。现有的手术切除、化疗、放射治疗等治疗方法,各具优势,但都存在适用范围有限、选择性不佳等问题。本文简要综述肝细胞癌的分子靶向治疗药物开发进展。Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is one of the most common malignant tumors with high lethality rate. The current therapies, such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are of certain limitation including narrow subject range or lower selectivity. This review summarizes the advances of the molecular-targeted drugs development in the HCC treatment.
