关于学院教学管理队伍的调查分析及建设思考

摘　　要：建设一支与其教育教学发展相适应的教学管理队伍尤其迫切和重要。对于新建本科院校重视对教学管理人员的选拔、管理以及分层次培训、培养和素质提高,确保教学管理队伍的相对稳定,激励教学管理者结合岗位进行教育教学研究是达到合格本科的有效途径。It is of great importance to build a suitable teaching management team in the newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities. It was proposed that the personnel＇s selection, management, layered - training and improvement of quality are the significant factors to ensure the stability of the teaching management team and an efficient way to inspire them to carry out the researches on education and teaching so as to reach the standard of undergraduate course evaluation.
