摘  要:目的探讨高压氧疗法对鼻咽癌放射性脑病的治疗效果。方法对于确诊鼻咽癌放射性脑病的40例将其随机分为高压氧联合治疗组20例及对照组20例,对照组采用常规营养支持疗法和药物疗法,治疗组采用高压氧疗法联合药物疗法,比较两组的临床疗效。结果高压氧联合治疗组总有效率达80.0%,明显高于对照组总有效率55.0%(χ2=6.2454,P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合常规药物治疗鼻咽癌放射性脑病,可明显缩小患者的病灶体积,改善甚至消除症状。高压氧是鼻咽癌放射性脑病一种安全有效的辅助治疗手段,可作为临床治疗鼻咽癌放射性脑病的有效方法之一,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore investigate the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiation-induced encephalopathy. Methods 40 cases of nasopharyngeal ccancer diagnosed as radiation-induced encephalopathy were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygen therapy group (20 cases) and control group (20cases), patients in the control group were treated with conventional nutritional support and drug therapy, while patients in the treatment group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with drug therapy, to compare the clinical effect between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group was 80.0%, significantly higher than 55.0% in the control group (χ2 = 6.2454, P 0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination of conventional treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiation-induced encephalopathy can significantly reduce the patient's lesion volume, improve or even eliminate symptoms. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a safe and effective method in adjuvant treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiation-induced encephalopathy, which is worthy of clinical application as one of the effective methods of in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiation-induced encephalopathy.
