军队传染科护理人员心理应激状况的调查

摘　　要：目的调查军队传染科护理人员的心理应激状况并探讨应对策略。方法采用问卷调查的方法对某军区总医院感染科五年内的60名一线护理工作人员心理应激状况进行调查。结果问卷中身体化因子得分最高,恐怖因子得分最低,平均为2.13±0.78。总体来看人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖、焦虑、敌对五个因子得分相对较高。结论传染科护理人员存在比较严重的心理问题。建议医院和科室考虑制定相关方案进行心理干预,同时传染科护理人员也应主动学习一些心理应激知识,提高个人心理应激能力。Objective To investigate nursing staff ＇s psychological stress status of the army department of infectious diseases and explore coping strategies. Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the psychological stress status of 60 senior nursing staff within five years in a military general hospital infection branch. Results In the questionnaire, physical factor scores were highest, terrorist factor scores were lowest, averaged 2.13 ± 0.78. Overall, five factors such as interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, hostile got relatively high scores. Conclusion Nursing staff of the infectious department have serious psychological problems. Recommendations are for the hospital and departments to consider making programmes related to psychological intervention, while the infectious disease department nursing staff should also be actively learning some psychological stress knowledges, and enhance individual ability of psychological stress.
