摘　　要：在分析馆员文明礼仪建设的理论和现实依据的基础上,指出馆员文明礼仪的精神实质就是爱读者和尊重读者,并就当前馆员文明礼仪建设提出四点建议:加强职业道德教育、提升职业素质、制订礼仪规范和强化礼仪培训。Based on an analysis of the theory and the practice of the construction of librarians＇ etiquette, the present article maintains that the essence of the librarians＇ etiquette is to love and respect the readers and that in order to construct the etiquette, we should strengthen librarians＇ professional ethics education and the etiquette training, improve librarians＇ professional quality, and develop the etiquette standard.
