基于波特五力模型的太阳能热水器行业竞争结构分析

摘　　要：低碳发展是世界经济社会发展的趋势，转变发展方式是我国“十二五”及今后一个时期的发展主线，新能源产业，尤其是太阳能行业发展迎来重大机遇；同时，太阳能行业发展日趋成熟，竞争日益激烈，各企业都面临着严峻挑战。本文介绍了波特五力模型的基本概念，并深入研究了太阳能热水器行业中的竞争战略问题；综合运用波特五力模型，采取定量分析与定性描述相结合，对太阳能热水器行业发展现状、面临的宏观环境、行业发展环境等进行了详细分析；最后对太阳能热水器行业的发展前景进行了预测。Low-carbon development is the trend of world economic and social development, transformation of economic development mode is the main line of the Twelfth Five Year of China and even for decades to come. New energy industry, especially the solar energy industry is ushering in a major opportunity; Meanwhile, with the solar industry matured in an increasingly competitive so that all companies are facing serious challenges. The article describes the basic concept of Porter＇s five forces model, study the solar water heater industry＇s competitive strategy. With the integrated use of Porter＇s five forces model, the article analyzed the development status, face macroeconomic environment, industry development environment of the solar water heater industry. Finally, the prospects for the development of solar water heater industry have been predicted.
