摘　　要：根据工科女大学生的一些特点,分析她们在求职中的不利因素,划分她们职业规划的四个阶段,高校可根据各个阶段的特征在职业规划教育上尝试一些方法。如,为招聘企业提供优质服务;加快职业规化课程的建设;开设相关培训课程;完善人才侧评机制等。the basis of the characteristics of female engineering undergraduates, this essay analyses the disadvantages the female students have to face when they apply for a job, divides their career planning into four phases and brings forward some tentative measures of each phase to guide the career planning education in colleges.
