河北省新建本科院校大学文化建设初探

摘　　要：加强大学文化建设,提升核心竞争力,是新建本科院校面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。目前河北省新建本科院校大学文化建设现状体现在几个方面:环境文化建设成效斐然,但软硬失衡;行为文化建设稳步推进,但任重道远;制度文化建设初步架构,但相对滞后;精神文化建设逐步提升,但缺乏特色。应遵循创新性与继承性统一、特色性与地方性统一、有形性与无形性统一、渐进性与整体性统一的原则,确保河北省大学文化建设持续开展、良性运行。Strengthening cultural construction and promoting the core competitiveness is an important and pressing task for the newly-established universities. Presently, the cultural construction of the newly-established universities in Hebei Province embodies following characteristics： construction of the environmental culture achieves marked results, but software and hardware development are imbalanced; construction of behavior culture develops steadily, but it still needs hard work;construction of institutional culture achieves a preliminary framework, but it relatively lags behind; construction of spiritual culture is gradually improved, but it lacks distinguishing features. Construction should follow the rules of achieving unity of innovation and succession,unity of characteristics and locality,unity of tangibility and invisibility,and unity of progressiveness and integrality,so as to ensure the development and success of cultural construction of universities in Hebei Province.
