眩晕宁治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察眩晕宁治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法选择以眩晕、躯体平衡障碍为主诉的后循环缺血住院患者共80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用眩晕宁治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眩晕宁治疗后循环缺血性眩晕有良好的疗效,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of using Xuanyunning Tablet in patients with posterior circulation ischemia.Methods 80 patients with posterior circulation ischemia were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group.Forty patients in the therapeutic group were given Xuanyunning for 20 days,three tablets each time,three times a day.The other forty patients in the control group were treated routinely.Results Clinical symptom in pre-post treatment contrast are significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Xuanyunning is effective for treatment of vertigo with posterior circulation ischemia.
