摘　　要：根据装备合同商维修保障管理目标要求,对装备维修合同商绩效评估的内涵进行了界定;从修复质量、维修费用、用户反馈、内部管理和核心能力等方面建立了装备维修合同商绩效评估指标体系;并基于最大限保留系统性能原则、提高资金使用效益原则和管理持续改进原则探讨了评估组织实施程序。According to the management goal, the paper defines the equipment maintenance contractor＇s maintenance performance evaluation, establishes the equipment maintenance contractor＇s maintenance performance evaluation index system from the aspect of repair quality, maintenance costs, user feedback, interior management and core capability, and discusses the evaluation procedure on basis of the principle of retaining system performance mostly, enhancing fund operational effectiveness and improving management continually.
