休谟论正义规则实施的三种动力

摘　　要：正义是社会秩序的基础,但正义作为一种规则在社会中又是极其脆弱的。正义的脆弱性决定了研究正义实施问题的重要性。休谟的政治哲学包含深刻的正义实施思想,他认为,个体在合作博弈中追求长远利益的动机,及正义之道德情感构成了正义规则自我实施的重要动力;而政府权威的"第三方强制"则构成了正义规则实施的外在因素。休谟的正义实施思想对于我们理解正义规则在社会中的实现及稳定有重要的启示。Justice is the basis of social order, but as a rule justice in society is extremely vulnerable. The vulnerability of justice makes it important to implement the research of the Enforcement of justice. Humes＇ political philosophy embodies profound justice implementation ideas. He think that individual＇ s interests of motives in pursuit of longtern： cooperative game, and the moral emotion of justice constitute the important power of justice rules self-implementation; And the government＇s authority as ＂ third party mamtatory＂ is external factor for justice rules enforcement, Hume＇s justice implementation is important for us to understands rules in the realization of social justice and stability.
