摘  要:目的:检测生长抑制因子4(ING4)和环氧化酶2(COX-2)蛋白在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌发生发展的相关性。方法:收集本院胃癌手术切除的39例胃癌组织及癌旁组织,用免疫组化方法在蛋白水平检测ING4及COX-2的表达。结果:ING4在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率低于对应的癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),COX-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于对应的癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织ING4表达下调,COX-2表达上调,检测这两种基因的蛋白水平可以作为胃癌判断预后的指标。Objective: To investigate the correlation of ING4 and COX-2 expression with the pathogenesis and development in gastric cancer,and identify the role of ING4 and COX-2 in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.Methods: A total of 39 surgical specimens of gastric cancer and in the correspondent normal tissues adjacent to the gastric cancer were collected from our hospital.An immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression level of ING4 and COX-2.Results: The positive expression rate of ING4 in gastric cancer was significantly lower than those in correspondent normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The positive expression rate of COX-2 in gastric cancer was significantly higher than those in correspondent normal tissues(P0.05).Conclusion: Down-regulated expression of ING4 and up-regulated expression of COX-2 can be used as an effective indicator of prognosis.
